COVID-19 PANDEMIC PROTOCOLS

During this difficult time for all of us, we are staying open but our Front Office will remain closed.
We live here, this is our home and we believe we have a unique opportunity with our independent cottages to offer a refuge to those that seek to travel. Most of the attractions, stores and restaurants in Eureka Springs are open for dining/shopping/entertainment. Please keep in mind that some restaurants are only doing take-out or delivery. To help make your stay in our cottages as much like home as possible we are including additional amenities like plates, silverware and more.

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROTOCOLS:

In an effort to keep you, our guests, and our staff safe, we are now doing CONTACTLESS self-check-in ONLY.

Please call our office when you arrive, we will check you in, finalizing your payment with the card on file, and letting you know where to find your cottage or room. Cottages have a keypad code lock, we will provide your code upon check-in. The guest rooms will be unlocked, key located inside. Please find the information sheet that will help introduce you to your room and the amenities we provide.
UPON CHECK-OUT: PLEASE LEAVE YOUR KEY IN YOUR ROOM OR COTTAGE.

INCREASED CLEANING PROTOCOLS:

We have upped our sanitation and safety protocols throughout our property. We are washing EVERYTHING from every room and cottage after every stay. We are adhering to CDC recommendations of surface sanitizing, including all fabrics in rooms. We feel that we have a safe, socially distanced property that can serve as an oasis in this current desert of crisis.
