# 1 Basecamp Cottage

This is a special, two-bedroom cottage which is perfect for families with children. The kids always love having their own little room — and with bunkbeds!! *
* This bunkbed room is not intended for adults. The cottage can accommodate a total of 3 adults, 1 kid; 1 adult, 4 kids; or 2 adults, 3 kids maximum.
The larger room is furnished with one queen bed, and a comfy sitting area with a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge, coffee table, 49" Smart TV and an electric fireplace for comfort and atmosphere. There is a door-less opening that leads to the second, smaller room which has a twin over full bunk bed.
Bright and airy with lots of windows. Beautiful view of the hollow in the back. The side window overlooks the large, flower framed flagstone patio right next to the cottage.
The fire pit is a delightful place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning, a picnic at lunch, or a glass of wine in the evening.

This very popular and comfortable cottage features a Serta Perfect Sleeper queen bed with microfiber sheets, comfy pillows, fun, colorful quilts and plush throw blankets. A comfortable lounge area featuring a big sofa with pillows and coffee table. Also – a fully-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, four-burner gas cooktop (no oven), Keurig K-Duo 12 cup/single cup coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, dishes and glasses, AND even a blender!
Lots of windows with a great view out back overlooking our wooded hollow and the front window facing the fountain and waterfall. This bright and airy cottage is a favorite of couples and families alike.

One of our ONLY 2 romantic whirlpool cottages – book fast!
Light the fireplace, put on your favorite music, pop some popcorn in the microwave, take the bubbly out of the fridge, sink into your red, heart-shaped whirlpool tub and leave the world behind. Wrap around windows with the most wonderful view of our wooded hollow. Just you and your sweetheart. Now, it doesn't get anymore romantic than that! You will never want to leave.
The original restored Log Cabin from the early 1900s offers a queen-sized amish-built heavy pine bed that looks onto the fireplace (gas log) and low, mid-century modern swivel chairs to sit by the fire. Private, flower framed, covered front porch with a cedar settee to sit, relax, and watch the world go by.

Beautiful, roomy cottage with windows and views galore! Huge picture window overlooking our wooded hollow and another window looking out onto the courtyard terrace.
Queen-size bed with upholstered headboard, wood furnishings, and comfortable sitting area featuring a recliner, sofa with chaise lounge (with a trundle pull-out bed) and a coffee table.
14 black walnut trees attract plenty of squirrels. Listen to the birds and delight in the sighting of our resident turtles, groundhog and numerous deer roaming in the hollow.

The Bahamian Suite offers comfort throughout! Perfect for couples, friends traveling together and families with kids. This double queen room is spacious and comfortable featuring Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress sets with a "beach/lake" decor, small table with chairs and a club chair. It features a full bath with tub, as well.
Inexpensive doesn't mean we skimp, either!
